A cRFA is a certified Real Finance Advocate.  Real Finance Advocates have completed advanced training in financing and passed an exam to become certified Real Finance Advocates (cRFA).

The Real Finance Advocate Certification Seminar is called, “A Consumer Advocate Approach to Real Estate & Mortgages”. The seminar provides the knowledge and tools necessary to help Consumers make educated decisions before entering into financial transactions.

Participants learn how to build a REAL FINANCE ADVOCATE POWER TEAM. The power of the team lies in the fact that members hold each other accountable for exceptional service and for educating consumers so they can make informed decisions.  The program gives participants the knowledge and tools they need to stand guard for Consumers to help protect the American Dream of Home Ownership.

A FREE lead generation and consulting website is included with the seminar so that participants can immediately apply what they learn in the seminar. The website also allows participants to generate more leads by providing FREE consulting to Consumers.

The seminar is offered live nationwide by Real Finance Solutions or can be taken as an online seminar on REALTOR® University

To complete the certification Real Finance Advocates must also pledge to apply the knowledge and tools received from the REAL FINANCE seminar to protect consumers from predatory business practices and mortgage fraud.

They also pledge to provide consumers with the information and tools needed to make educated decisions before entering into financial transactions.

They promise to hold their REAL FINANCE ADVOCATE POWER TEAM accountable for delivering exceptional service to all of their clients.  And they acknowledge, as a certified Real Finance Advocate (cRFA) that they believe that Integrity is of extreme importance in every real estate transaction.

The goal is to provide a safe harbor for Consumers so they are less likely to become victims of predatory practices when they are working to realize the American Dream of Home Ownership.
